Eligibility and DCED Programs
Eligible uses of the funds from CED’s loan program include the purchase of machinery and equipment or the acquisition, construction, improvement, or rehabilitation of real property. CED also assists companies with state programs such as the PIDA loan program.Â
The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) also has a loan program through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA).
